The apartment is on the 3rd floor - with elevator. It's about 60m² in size, has two rooms, kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, WC and daylight, hallway and pantry.
The kitchen has a fridge, a water boiler, coffee machine, four cast iron burner plates with independent adjustable thermostats and with hood, brushed stainless steel housing, electric baking oven, no microwave and full kitchen equipment.
It's located in "Pestalozzistraße" in a residential area not far away from "Kantstraße" and "Kurfürstendamm". S-Bahn (suburban train) station "Savignyplatz", which has an elevator, can be reached in just a few walking minutes. There's no transit traffic on Pestalozzistraße which therefore is very quiet. Savignyplatz is in the immeditae vicinity where you'll find numerous cafés, restaurants, antique shops and avantgarde-shops.
The apartment comes with district heating, broadband internet and telephone connections. The tenement has an elevator.
