The apartment is cosily furnished, it has 2 rooms and a green balcony with wood furniture, where you can eat or smoke. Free parking space is available in front of the house, supermarket Kaisers and Lidl are nearby.
You will live in a cosily furnished apartment in the center of Berlin. The center is in walking distance. Subway station Heinrich Heine-Strasse is right next to the house door. If you prefer walking, within 10 to 30 minutes you will be at Alexanderplatz, Nikolai Quarter, Friedrichstrasse, Checkpoint Charlie, Castle square, Gendarmenmarkt and Potsdamer Platz. Information material on Berlin is available in the apartment. Of course we will give you tips for restaurants, museums, events and trips.

It has a seperate bedroom with French bed, a living room with double daybed, open kitchen and dining corner.
Moreover, a bathroom with bath tub, shower and WC are available. As the apartment is located in the Annenhofe, it is absolutely quiet. We are looking forward to welcoming children and have games and books for the "little ones" available. We also offer many games and books for the "bigger kids".
