In the price is included also a private parking place on the property and a separate lockable room for bikes on the ground floor. It is possible to use a part of the garden with a setting area. 

Thanks to the good infrastructure you can explore the beautiful district of Britz-Neukoelln and get easily to the flat (freeway access Gradestrasse and Spaethstrasse both at ca. 1 km). The apartment is situated in a quiet site street between the center of Alt-Britz with its palace, garden, Kulturgutshof, the church and the Britzer garden (former National Garden Festival Site), and the UNESCO cultural site Horseshoe Estate (in the 20s one of first and biggest housing estate, designed by the architect Bruno Taut). It takes only 5 minutes by foot (no need to use the car) to reach the palace Gutshof Britz with its marvelous full of atmosphere ambience out of which in 2007  the Neukoelln Municipality made a culture forum. The culture forum comprises the Culture Foundation im Schloss Britz, the music school Paul Hindemith, the apprentice project Estrel Berlin with a restaurant and the event location "Ochsenstall", the restaurant "Buchholz Gutshof Britz" of the starred chef Matthias Buchholz, the Museum Neukoelln and a vivarium with old animal races. More restaurants and shops are reachable whitin a short walking distance.

Public transport lines in the immediate surroundings (ca. 150m): bus M44, M46 and 181 connect to both the eastern and the western part of the city, to the airports (Tegel and Schoenefeld) and to the big train/S-Bahn station Suedkreuz.
