On the double bed (200x200 cm) and a comfortable sofa bed (100x200 cm) can sleep up to 4 people. A fitted kitchen, TV, toilet, bath with shower , and a large balcony promise a pleasant stay. You are staying calm and at the same time very central. From the balcony you have a fantastic view of the Kurfurstendamm, the stage Lehniner Platz and the largest bowling alley in Berlin.

At the House is a bakery. In the immediate surroundings you find an Internet cafe, which is open 24 hours a day. There's a lot of shopping options, cafes, bars and discotheques in the near vicinity. The biggest and most beautiful shopping area of Berlin, the Kurfürstendamm, with its small and large exclusive department stores, boutiques, galleries, cafes, bars, discos located only 1 minute's walk away from the apartment.
The S-Bahn (train) station Charlottenburg is just 3 minutes walk from the apartment away. The underground station is located Adenauerplatz together with the bus Adenauerplatz only 3 minutes away. The Adenauerplatz is approached directly by bus 109 from Tegel Airport (travel time about 8 minutes) The bus station Lehniner Platz just 2 minutes away from the apartment.
