Welcome to our apartment.

This 60 sqm apartment is quiet, well-lit and situated on the ground floor. The apartment is decorated in a 70s-style and offers a relaxing retreat with a flair of art and kitsch. It is functionally furnished and we take pride in cleanliness.  Bed linen and towels are provided.

There is 1 bedroom furnished with a double bed (separate mattresses, total width 180 cm) and 1 living room where another 2 people can sleep on the 2 comfortable sofas. There is also a dining table for 4 people.

The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering: stove/oven, coffee machine, electric water kettle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, cooking and dinnerware.

Each room has plenty of storage space as well as cupboards. Entertainment facilities include a TV, a bluetooth player, a stereo and a radio, internet access is also available.

The bathroom is equipped with a bath tub (with shower curtain).

Children are very welcome - a child's bed and a high chair can be provided upon request.

Public parking is free in the surrounding streets.

Pets and smoking are not allowed inside the apartment, also not allowed are parties or visitors, and no loud music from 10 p.m. till 6 a.m. (nighttime peace).

LOCATION: The location is central but quiet in the lively district of Mitte-Wedding (Schönwalder Strasse, 13347 Berlin). Public transport options are excellent - underground station Reinickendorfer Strasse as well as several bus stops are only a 5 minute walk away (400 meters). By car the area can easily be reached via the A100 Autobahn. Alexanderplatz is approx. 3,6 km away, Hackesche Höfe approx. 2,9 km, central station Berlin Hauptbahnhof approx. 1,9 km.
