This bright top floor apartment is 85 sqm and is on the 4th floor. It has a large terrace to the south-east where you can enjoy the sun in private and have a nice view over the surrounding area. The apartment is a retreat area decorated with art and kitsch but still functional. Cleanliness is very important for us. The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms, one with 3 beds (90x200 cm) and one with 2 beds (90x200 cm). The living room has 2 beds (90x200 cm) to be used as a couch with pillows and a large table for all guests. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, etc., and there is another small table with chairs. In the rooms there are appropriate shelves and cabinets. The large bathroom has a bathtub and shower curtains. For the little ones a cot or a baby seat can be provided upon request.

Subway station Pankstrasse and S-Bahn station Bornholmer Strasse are only about 400 meters from the apartment. A bus stop is only a few meters away. The highway A100 allows quick access also by car. From here you can access attractions such as the Hackesche Hoefe (about 4 km), Alexanderplatz (4,1 km), Bundestag (4.3 km).

  Absolut NICHT zu empfehlen. Eine Dusche für Zwerge - eine undichte Toilette - eine Küche für Leute die nicht kochen - alles schon ziemlich herun...
