Unique holiday apartment with a vintage vibe -
the former retail space has been tastefully converted to two charming rooms which have been lovingly furnished and decorated. There is 1 combined living and bedroom and 1 living and dining space with kitchen which are separated by a curtain.
The apartment is situated on the ground floor and has robust rolling shutters outside the windows. It is suitable for 2 people plus if need be 1 child (up until the age of 14 years, free of charge), there is 1 double bed of 140 x 200 cm and 1 single bed of 100 x 200 Cm.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with 2 cooktops, microwave oven, toaster, grill, electric water kettle, dishwasher and fridge.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
LOCATION: Only 150 meters from underground station Weberwiese (line U5, only 4 stops to Alexanderplatz) and 300 meters from a tram stop, line M10 goes directly into the centre of adjoining district Prenzlauer Berg. Well-known Karl-Marx-Allee (former Stalinallee) where you can find restaurants is only 100 meters away. Popular hotspot Simon-Dach-Strasse with countless bars, restaurants and cafes can be reached in only 10 minutes on foot.
Ostbahnhof is only 5 minutes away by car/taxi. Free public parking is available in the street but there is also a parking garage nearby (3 EUR/day).

Sehr gern wieder. Gleich um die Ecke die imposante "Stalinallee" mit einigen Restaurants und die U-Bahn.
