We invite you to relax in our modern und lightflooded 3-room apartment which is provided with a comfortable full-sized bed (140x200cm) and a comfortable sofa bed (150x 200 cm). We also provide two single beds (90x200 cm) which can be pushed together on demand and be used as a double bed. Our flat ist equipped mit wardrobes in the bedrooms und a dresser where you can place your clothes while being in Berlin. We also provide a flatscreen TV with integrated DVD player. Every room has roller blinds that are impervious to light und a lockable door. This makes our flat ideal für couples travelling. It makes you able to travel together but have your independent space. The kitchen is integrated in the living room und seperated from a nice wooden dining table which has space für 6 people. The kitchen ist fully equipped wit a coffee machine, toaster, oven, fridge, electric kettle, cutlery, tableware und a ceran cooking field with 4 cooking spots. The bright lightflooded apartment gives you the opportunity to enjoy your coffee in the morning in a genuine ambiance und is prepared for your exploration of Berlin. Our bathroom ist equipped mit a bathtub und automatic airing. Our flat ist situated centrally near Alexa shoping center at Alexanderplatz und therefore an ideal starting point für your excursions. Because of it's central situation also the nightlife of Berlin gains interest. Enjoy Berlin air in the numerous restaurants, cafés, bars und discos. Subway station Jannowitzbrücke is reachable in 1 minute within walking distance, S-Bahnhof Jannowitzbrücke in 3 minutes within walking distance, subway station Alexanderplatz in 5 minutes within walking distance.The track of the S-Bahn connects alle important stations of the capital e.g.: Alexanderplatz, Hackescher Markt, Friedrichstrasse, Hauptbahnhof, Zoologischer Garten und Savignyplatz.The "regional train" (Regional Bahn) departs from Alexanderplatz. The long distance train departs von Hauptbahnhof. From Schönefeld Airport oder Tegel you need about 50 minutes to reach our apartment. Take the TXL-Express-Bus from Tegel to reach Alexanderplatz. You can get to Alexanderplatz from Airport Schönefeld when you take the Airport express. At Alexanderplatz you are in 5 minutes walking distance to our apartment.
