This modern loft apartment is very bright and sunny.
As you can see on the ground plan, the apartment is divided into kitchen, dining area and living room. On the other side is the bedroom, but all rooms are connected. Only the bathroom is completely separated from the other rooms.

This beautiful loft apartment is vey centrally located and yet very quiet. It is located in Friedrichshain at the border to Prenzlauer Berg, not far from district Berlin-Mitte. From the balcony you have a beautiful view over the green and in the distance you can see the TV tower at Alexanderplatz. Various shops are between 100-300 m from the apartment. In a quarter of an hour you can walk to the center of Friedrichshain with its neat restaurants and cafés, diverse bars, trendy pubs and fancy interesting galleries. In addition to that you find yourself here in the immediate vicinity of popular tourist attractions of Berlin: the Friedrichshain Park with sports fields, lawns and an outdoor cinema; Oberbaumbrücke bridge, the Karl-Marx-Allee with several shopping malls and the Treptow Park where you can make beautiful excursions such as boat trips. In summer, the "bathing ship" (a swimming facility with sauna right on the Spree) and many beach bars attract many visitors. Because of the good connections with public transportation you don't need a car. In a few minutes you can be at the next tram stop and the S-Bahn.
