The apartment is located in a modern new apartment with 3 rooms which was finished in the late 90s. Living and dining area are very pleasantly decorated with designer furniture (TV, CD / DVD player, stereo system). Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds, cupboards and table. A practical kitchenette with all kitchen appliances and utensils make you enjoy cooking. The modern bathroom has a bathtub and additional shower room and is very spacious. A washing machine is also available.
While you have breakfast on the balcony, you can start the day pleasantly with a beautiful lake view over the Engelbecken and plan your daily schedule. The "Dolce Vita" expects you then just outside the front door. This is where the districts Mitte, Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain, the most interesting districts of Berlin meet. After a tour around the lake Engelbecken you can decide where you want to go: almost all interesting addresses can be reached from here on foot very easily (15-30 minutes). Nevertheless, there are subway stations and bus stops into all directions. In front of the building there is free parking. A parking garage is directly behind the house. Supermarkets which are open until 10 p.m. are located in close proximity. Just around the corner there is a rich offer of restaurants, bars, beach bars and music venues. You will live an idyllic and contemplative location, yet surrounded by everything that Berlin offers.
