Despite its central location in Berlin, it is nice and quite due to its position in the ground floor of the 2nd sidewing. The Appartment has been completely renovated until September 2007 so it is in a great shape. Its walls are primed, it has got a beautiful new wooden prquet and there is tiling in kitchen and bathroom.
