The modern appartment is 36sqm big and has a big living/sleeping area, kitchen and bathroom. Despite its central location in Berlin, it is nice and quite due to its position in the 2nd floor of the 2nd sidewing. The Appartment has been completely renovated until June 2007 so it is in a great shape. Its walls are primed, its old wooden floor has been newly stripped and there is tiling in kitchen and bathroom.

Living / Sleeping Area: Large double-bed (160x200), comfortable sleeping armchair (80x188), Table with 3 chairs, wardrobe, TV, HiFi
Kitchen: Fridge, stove, oven, Coffeemachine, electric kettle, large work surface, dishes etc.

The Appartment is located in the beautiful are around the Helmholtzplatz in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg. A large number of cafes, bars, restaurants and artistic shops attract lots of people, which results in the Helmholtzplatz area being one of the most vivid areas of Berlin. No matter what time of the day or year.
