The holiday Home is a bright and quiet two rooms flat about 50 sqm large. It is composed of a bedroom with two twin beds that can be combined or separated according to your needs, a living room with two additional beds, a bathroom with window and  bathtub with shower and a kitchen  fully equipped according to italian criteria. In the living room there is a french balcony and you can also sit outside in the "Laubengang" just next to the entrance with a view on the back garden. The holiday apartment is located on the elevated groundfloor of a four storey residential building from the 1960s. Because of its ideal floor plan and many smart solutions in the furnishing it can host comfortably four guests without them getting on each others nerves...The Apartment has been completely redecorated and newly furnished this year. You will find luxurious, lilywhite bedlinen, a set of towels in a pastel colour different for each guest, so that you can easily sort out your own towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, washing machine, flat screen TV and internet is for our guests for free. There is also plenty of space to store your clothes and other belongings so that even by the maximum capacity of the flat of four guests it will never look messy (unless you want it so!). The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Apart from cutlery, crockery and cooking utensiles of good quality and nice design, you will find a first supply of food such as italian coffee, olive oil, noodles etc. and articles of the daily need as a sign of hospitality. Cleansers in organic quality, sponges and so on are also available and in price included.

In the living room you will find a small library with books in different languages and a toy rack just in case you don't want to go out or you want to keep the children busy.

You will be welcomed with a basket of fresh fruits and some small complimentaries.


Set in an idyllic position between the river Spree and the Neukölln canal and well served by transports, the holiday home offers the traveller visiting Berlin for pleasure, study or business, the ideal housing solution for an unforgettable stay. The area Nord-Neukölln is by many regarded as "the new Kreuzberg" for its lively artistic and musical life, from here you can explore and enjoy the unique Berlin blend of culture, nature, history and adventurous nightlife. The Treptower Park is in the neighbourhood, the former boundary between east and west Berlin just a few steps away, the Arena, the Lido and many other clubs are within walking distance. The nearby underground station Treptower Park on the Ringbahn enables you to reach quickly and comfortably all the touristic sights, the bus stop to the Schönefeld Airport is just a few meters from home. Food, even organic or everything you may need daily, can be bought nearby. There are many restaurants,cafes and pubs. The rent-a-bike shop and other shops in the neighbourhood offer special prices for the guests of our holiday flat. Parking is generally not a problem. Children are warmly welcome in our accomodation. Your well mannered, clean and quiet pet is also welcome without any additional cost. You are allowed to smoke in the "Laubengang" next to the entrance with a wiew on the back garden. You can rent the apartment for one to four people, the adjacent flat 2821 when free can be rented together so that up to eight people can be hosted if you travel in a group. You can also rent the apartment for longer stays at a price to be agreed. If you have any special need or for every other request please do not hesitate to contact me.     Keine besonderen Probleme. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und ausreichend eingerichtet. Ein einfaches Radio oder eben Bluetooth-Speaker... haben wir verm...

    Von der 2 Zimmerunterkunft in Berlin Neukölln, ist die nächste S-Bahnstation gut zu erreichen. Die Übergabe/Abgabe der Unterkunft war unkompliziert...
