BRIEF DESCRIPTION

The apartment is located on the second floor of a listed multiple dwelling and offers an unobstructed view over a residential area. The apartment has an offer of international information and entertainment, a kitchen, a bathroom and a hallway (see below for details).

LOCATION

Quiet & green location yet close to the city, quick access to Kurfürstendamm boulevard, the ICC congress centre along with Messe Berlin fairgrounds & the capital's biggest university: Freie Universität Berlin. From the apartment you are within walking distance of a central branch of the German post-office with commercial package counter and a DHL station, a Hermes counter, banks with cash dispensers, restaurants, bistros, coffee shops, pubs, gourmet shops, supermarkets open until late and on the weekends, petrol stations, hospital, doctors, physiotherapists, chemist's, opticians, fitness studios with sauna and massages, tanning salons, beauty centres and clinics, hairdressers, dry-cleaners, florists, office supplies, bookshops, churches, telephone shops, PC service, shoe menders, boutiques & jewelers. MAIN ROOM

The Alcantara sofa bed in the main room offers a 200x140 cm large sleeping surface when unfolded. A night stand with storage space and an alarm clock with radio are at hand. Decorative lights and luminaries can be operated from either side of the sofa bed. 2 chests of drawers comprise all necessary linen including pillows and provide space for your personal items.

BATHROOM

In the bathroom you will find a bathtub with shower and a sink. A shelf and a mirrored cabinet provide storage space and contain: bathrobes, towels and bath sheets.

KITCHEN

Tea, coffee or coffee beans, spices, dish cloths, kitchen roll, washing-up liquid and dishwasher tablets at hand. Equipment: electric hotplates and oven, extractor hood, 154 liter fridge, 38 liter 4 star freezer, cooking utensils and tableware. Large microwave with grill and hot air, coffee machine (for coffee beans, ground coffee or espresso, professional milk for cappuccino for example, separate hot water outlet for tea or instant drinks for instance). Toaster, kettle and various cooking utensils.

Digital TV on wide screen LCD with a variety of channels among others from DE, US, GB/UK, FR, ES, PT, IT, GR, RU, CN, QA as well as digital radio. Internet access via WLAN (indexed network offers are locked).  Fixed standard-sized safe, code can be set on the electric combination lock and changed at all times. Apartment equipped with redundant security system.
