The apartment is situated on the 4th floor facing the inner yard and is very quiet and light.
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (can be combined to serve as a double bed of 180x200 cm) and a large wardrobe,
- 1 living room with sofa bed (can be used either as a single bed 80x200 cm or as a double bed 160x200 cm), dining table with 4 chairs, 2 easy chairs, tv, internet access, landline phone and a small open kitchen:
- the kitchen is equipped with a stove (2 ring cooker), microwave/grill combination, fridge, toaster, ironing board and pressing iron, vacuum cleaner and washing machine,
- small bathroom with shower (and hairdryer).
A private parking space can be reserved for a fee of 6,50 EUR/night.

Rheinsberger Strasse is a quiet side street in a very central location and with excellent public transport connection. Metro and tram station Bernauer Strasse (line U8) are only one minute away.
Right around the corner you will find Brunnenstrasse, the New Art District, Bernauer Strasse with the Berlin Wall Memorial, hugely popular Mauerpark with flea market on Sundays and idyllic Arkonaplatz. Zionskirchplatz and Kastanienallee are only a few more minutes on foot away.
With its multitude of cafés, restaurants and bars the area is one of the most attractive in Berlin and an ideal vantage point for all explorations of the city.
