Holiday apartment in Schönwalde near Berlin-Spandau, with 3 rooms and a winter garden!
The apartment is located in a semi-detached country house and has a separate entrance. On request he terrace (with garden furniture) can be used by guests, as well as the sauna (for a 20 EUR fee which includes towels, please bring your own robe).
The apartment has a fully furnished bedroom with a double bed, a large wardrobe and a TV. The room is big enough for a third bed to be set up.
The living room has a comfortable leather sofa with armchairs and stools, a TV and a fold-out sofa making a bed for two people. Next to the living room - separated by a glass door - is the heated veranda with a large dining table fo 6 people with a view of the garden and the wooden sauna cottage. Additionally, the apartment has a single bedroom with a bed and wardrobe.
The large kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, fume hood, coffee machine, and toaster as well as crockery, pots, glasses, towels etc. For a quick breakfast there is also a small dinette with 4 chairs in the kitchen.
The spacious bathroom has a bathtub, a shower and a washing machine.
The area is surrounded by forests and lakes - it's really beautiful and in no way lonely. The vicinity offers many sporting activities for example golf, horseback riding, football, bicycling (the bicycle path Berlin-Copenhagen leads directly through Schönwalde). Or go on a boat tour on one of the many lakes in the proximity.
Located outside of the city limits = no city tax!
As we're located right next to Berlin Spandau all of Berlin's and Potsdam's sightseeing attractions can be reached in about 30 minutes.
- Quiet location with good access to public transport to the city centre asw ell as Potsdam.
- Shuttle service to airport/train station possible, as well as city tours.
- Trade fair (Messe) in Charlottenburg and Olympic stadium reachable in 20 minutes.
- Pharmacy and shopping facilities in close proximity.
- Great excursions possible!
