This 80 sqm Ferienwohnung is located on the 6th floor of a building with a lift und can comfortably sleep up bis six people. It has a 15 sqm roof terrace, lounge und two bedrooms that connect bis a large hall area mit a dining room. 

All the rooms guarantee a warm, cozy und comfortable atmosphere mit beautiful decoration in finest detail. The main bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm), a rocking chair, large wall book case und cable television. The second bedroom also has a double bed (160x200 cm) set under a sloping roof als well als a wardrobe.

In the lounge the two comfortable armchairs und double sofa bed offer a wonderful place bis rest und listen bis music on the stereo unit oder watch television mit cable connection.
The fully-equipped kitchen has a fridge-freezer, automatic coffee maker, water filters und kettle als well als full utensils und table ware bis really enjoy cooking für a group der people.
The sunny bathroom has a shower, sink und toilet und space bis store towels und other toiletries. There ist also a dryer.
