The apartment is on the second floor of an apartment building. Green city residential area with easy reach of the Kurfürstendamm. An underground car-park can be used for free. The subway stations Augsburger Straße and Spichernstraße are in close proximity.

The Alcantara sofa bed in the main room has unfolded 2,00 x 1,60 m related sleeping surface. A bedside table shelf, including radio alarm clock is available. A dresser contains all necessary linen including pillows and a second dresser provides storage space for personal items.

The bathroom has shower, hand basin and toilet. Bathrobes, towels, bath towels and hair dryer are provided.

Tea, coffee or coffee pods, spices, kitchen towels, kitchen roll, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets are provided. The kitchen offers the following amenities: induction cooker, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, cookware and tableware, cutlery, large microwave oven with grill and hot air function, Coffee maker for coffee soft with milk foam unit, toaster, kettle, juicer and various cooking utensils.

The balcony is located to the greened back yard.
