The holiday apartment was thoroughly renovated and refurbished in 2009. It is located in a beautiful traditional building in the heart of Berlin.
Special attention has been paid to preserving the old architectural fabric whilst integrating modern features so as to satisfy all your needs. A holiday apartment with heart and soul!
The apartment has two rooms: a very large living room including an open and fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as a bathroom with an oversize shower inviting you to take your shower with your loved one!
The living room has a floor area of about 40 square metres. It is equipped with a convertible sofa offering enough space for two persons. Its latex mattress makes for great sleeping comfort. Furthermore, there are cosy armchairs for your comfort as well as a dining area with four chairs. We will keep you entertained with an 80 cm flat screen TV set including DVD and a stereo sound system suited for MP3 and memory sticks.
In the bedroom you will find a double bed with first-rate mattresses and frames. The large corner wardrobe offers enough space for your holiday outfits.
The fully equipped kitchen provides you with everything you need for preparing your breakfast, meals and snacks. A modern glass-ceramic stove top, a toaster, a coffee maker, an electric kettle and many other things make life easier for you. A selection of basic condiments, tea and coffee will of course be waiting for you. Besides, you don’t need to miss other useful helpers like an ironing board with a pressing iron and a washing machine. This state-of-the-art kitchen will make you feel comfortable even during short stays.
In the bathroom the 120 cm shower is just too large to take a shower on your own! A mirrored bathroom cabinet offers you all the space you need for your toiletries. Moreover, you’ll find a hair drier, towels and toilet paper in the bathroom.

The 100-year-old wooden flooring in the living and sleeping area has been done up and coated with natural varnish. There is tiled flooring in the bathroom and the kitchen.

Its location in the district of Berlin-Mitte bordering the districts of Pankow and trendy Prenzlauer Berg makes the apartment an ideal starting point for all sorts of city outings.
From Soldinerstraße, it will take you only 5 minutes to get to Schönhauser Allee, the hot spot of Prenzlauer Berg, and 12 minutes to Hackescher Markt with its chilly little cafés.
Gesundbrunnen train station, a major intersection of subway (U-Bahn), suburban railway (S-Bahn), long-distance train and bus lines are only a 10-minutes walk away. These perfect transport links help you to get to your favourite places all over Berlin in no time. Public transport makes it easy for you to get to Berlin Central Station (Hauptbahnhof) as well as Zoologischer Garten train station.
This means that within about 30 minutes you can discover almost any interesting place in Berlin. You can hardly stay more centrally! The district’s name “Mitte”, i.e. “the centre”, of course speaks for itself! From here, you can reach everything in no time! Feel free to explore the numerous restaurants, pubs, shopping areas and sights of Berlin.

By the way, there’s a small and friendly hairdresser’s shop in the same building. You’ll be perfectly taken care of, so just indulge yourself!
