Our two-room-apartment is located on the ground floor in Gabriel-Max-Straße, in the heart of Friedrichshain and close to busy Boxhagener Platz. The former commercial space has been transformed into a stylish and comfortable holiday apartment whose use as such has been legally approved.

Two separate rooms offer plenty of space for either groups or families - children are more than welcome in this non-smoking apartment.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and is furnished with a ceramic stove top and a dishwasher.

Extras include cable tv, pressing iron and ironing board as well as free WiFi, a children's cot and high chair can also be provided free of charge.

The area the apartment is located in is extremely popular and very close to Boxhagener Platz - the heart of the neighbourhood - where on Saturdays a large open-air market (food as well as other goods) and on Sundays a very popular flea market take place. Locals as well as visitors enjoy the stomping ground with its street music, street theatre and a children's adventure playground shaded by trees.

The surrounding streets offer a charming and typical mix of long-established retail and upcoming fashion boutiques, art galleries, bars, restaurants and start-ups.

Only a stone's throw away is also Simon-Dach-Strasse where you can find countless bars and restaurants and where especially at the weekends it is extremely busy.

Going in the Eastern direction at Sonntagplatz the "Boxi"-neighbourhood borders onto the Ostkreuz-neighbourhood, on your way there take the time to experience an urban sunset via a little detour: From    Wühlischstraße turn right into Modersohnstraße, keep walking about 200 meters southwards and get comfortable on the bridge… 

Those who wish to explore other areas of the city can rely on the central location and the excellent public transport connections or even rent a bike.
