The flat is in a new renovated apartment house in the centre of Berlin. Only 200 m away you will find a board of stone with the geographical centre of the capital. Because of this central location you can get on foot to Potsdamer Platz, Jüdisches Museum, Checkpoint Charlie, or to Martin Gropius Bau. In 2 minutes you get to the underground station Prinzenstr. The lines U1 and U3 will bring you from that station in 10 minutes to KaDeWe (Kaufhaus des Westens) or to Kurfürstendamm. Besides, you have got diverse possibilities to change the underground. In 12 minutes you are at the stations Unter den Linden!at Friedrichstraße! at Reichstag! or in the scene area of Friedrichshain.
You will find two seperated rooms. In the 22 sqm living room is an extendable couch (200x200 cm), a small dinette with four chairs and cable TV. Besides, you will find a small roofed over balcony where you can smoke. The other room is a bit smaller with stronger colours on the wall and a thick glaucous carpet. The equipment consists of a double bed (160x200 cm) and a big mirrored wardrobe. You will also enjoy the view of the green and quiet inneryard. The bathroom ist newly renovated, brightly tiled and equipped with bath tub and cupboard with mirrow . The fitted kitchen (beech bright with blue work disk) is completely equipped with ceramic hob, refrigerator, coffee mashine,water boiler, toaster and crockery. So that you can use that easily. Coin washing machine and -dryer you will find in the cellar. In the flat is a security door, so uninvited guests have no chance.
The street and the big inneryard are surrounded by trees. In the yard is a small children's playground. If the weather is kind, it is worth it to take a walk at Landwehrkanal. You can get there in 4 minutes on foot. At Kottbusser Brücke (bridge) you can enjoy mediterranean variety of Berlin, innumerable Turkish greengrocers and restaurants. Besides, it is possible to make steamship trip. Nearby you will find bakeries, a small shop, pharmacies as well as a supermarket. And in the summer months you have got the opportunity to go swimming- open- air swimming pool right in the opposite of the flat.closest public transportation
