Feel AT HOME IN BERLIN in this 74-sqm apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 living room, bathroom with bathtub and a spacious hallway. Floor to ceiling windows in both rooms offer a spectacular view of Kreuzberg, Spree and Oberbaumbrücke. The modern apartment is situated in a renovated old apartment building. It is suitable for up to 5 people.
* BEDROOM
1 bedroom with double bed 160x200 cm (1 mattress / 2 blankets), 2 bedside tables with reading lamps. Mattresses, blankets and pillows are provided with slip covers to guarantee optimum hygiene.
If needed an extra bed (80x200m) for a 5th person can be provided.
* LIVING ROOM / DINING AREA
The living area is furnished with a sofa bed which provides additional sleeping space for two people.
Facilities include a flat screen TV, a radio (with iPhone docking station) and a small Berlin Library (Information folder) with guidebooks, entertainment and shopping tips, cycling map and city map of Berlin; the living room provides plenty of space to relax or material for the preparation of your next day in the city.
A DVD player with a selection of films in German, French and English as well as various board games for young and old are free to use.
WiFi internet access / WLAN is available free of charge!
*KITCHEN
The fitted kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, electric kettle, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishes (from cereal bowl to egg cups, cutlery from coffee spoon to cheese knife and salad servers, pots and pans, dish towels, dish soap and sponges.
Everything is provided for a group breakfast, long evenings spent cooking or the preparation of a quick snack between meals. Meals can comfortably be taken at the large dining table.
Kitchen basics like coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sweetener, sugar and spices, vinegar and oil are supplied.
*BATHROOM
In the bathroom guests will find a fair number of towels, toilet paper and hand soap. A hairdryer is available.
*HALLWAY
The spacious hallway has ample storage space for clothes as well as luggage. A large Berlin city map on the wall provides an accurate overview of attractions in Berlin.
*EXTRAS
