The apartment is very quiet,  terrifically well lit and totally refurbished, including a bedroom with one king size bed, a bathroom with tub and shower, a well equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, coffee - machine and mini-oven. The living room is  comfortably furnished including  a sofa that opens into a comfortable 140 cm double bed, and a spacious dining area for 6. It has a sunny-side - lovely little balcony looking down on a small park.
The place is equipped with spacious cupboards to contain your belongings, in which you will find an  iron, a hair drier – and anything you need to make your stay an enjoyable one.

Wanna live history? Situated In a very remarkable historical building built by the DDR, in one of the most beautiful boulevards in Europe. The area is a young area, in the most hip area in Berlin – Friedrichshain. A 5 minute walk to Simon Dach Strasse with its cafes restaurants and clubs. A 10 minutes walk to the top performances at the O2 and to the East Side Gallery, lies this beautiful luxurious apartment. Very well connected - Right under the house is U5 subway train to take you in 5 Minutes to the center (Alexanderplatz), and trams to Prenzlauer Berg and Kreuzberg (M10).

    Wohnung ist top. Staubsauger allerdings sehr schwach keine Saugleistung . Zu bemängeln wäre auch - dass nur 1 Müll Beutel - nur 1 Toilettenpapier...
