2-room-flat (60qm) in the 2cond floor of the front building with balcony. The newly equipped and modern apartments in the renovated old buildings in Berlin and has space for up to 5 people on 60 square meters
1 bedroom with double bed 160x200 cm (1 mattress / 2 blankets), a closet has space for holiday clothes. 2 bedside tables with reading lamps are available at the bedside. Mattresses, blankets and pillows are provided with seat covers to maintain optimum health. (On the arrival of guests, the beds are of course already occupied). Baby cot and extra bed is provided free of charge if necessary
In the bathroom with a shower are adequately prepared towels and toilet paper and hand soap. A hair dryer is available to guests
The living area is furnished with a sofa bed which offers on-demand an additional bed for two. With a flat screen TV, a radio and a small Berlin Library (information kit to the environment) with a guide, entertainment and shopping tips, cycling map and city map of Berlin will provide the living room for plenty of room around for a long Berlin day to relax or be best prepared his next day in the capital prepare
The balcony is equipped with two chairs and a table. On the balcony, smoking is allowed - Ashtrays are available
A spacious hall is next to plenty of storage space for clothes and space for storage of suitcases. A map as wall image will provide an accurate picture of Berlin sights
