The apartment  is on the 6th floor of an historic GDR building in one of the most beautiful boulevards in Europe overlooking Frankfurter Tor.  It is well lit and totally refurbished, including a bedroom with one king size bed and a single one, a bathroom with tub and shower, a large and well equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The living room is  comfortably furnished including  a sofa that opens into a a comfortable 200x160 cm double bed, and a spacious dining area for 6 persons.
The place is equipped with spacious cupboards to contain your belongings  in which you will find an  iron, a hair drier – and anything you need to make your stay an enjoyable one.
For young people in the most hip area in Berlin – Friedrichshain. It takes a 5 minute walk to Simon Dach Strasse with its cafés, restaurants and clubs. Within 10 minutes walking distance to the top performances at the O2 and to the East Side Gallery lies this beautiful luxurious apartment. Very well connected through public transportation - Right next the house is the U5 underground station to take you in 5 Minutes to the center (Alexanderplatz), and trams to Prenzlauer Berg and Kreuzberg (M10).
