The apartment is on the 3rd floor, quiet in a green backyard with flair and a nice neighborhood, non smoking apartment equipped with kitchen and private bathroom and toilet.
Towels and linen are included. Pets are allowed on arrangement.
The apartment is bright and friendly and offers a comfortable home for short or longer stays. Here you will find peace and relaxation after trips, visits, work days and all other activities which have brought you to Berlin. It's located in the courtyard and is quiet and shielded from traffic noise.
In the living room you will find an armchair that can be converted into a bed (90x195), and 1 double bed (140x200), a TV and a stereo are available. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove (2 hobs), oven-microwave combination, sink and refrigerator. Anyone who likes to cook will find everything for preparing delicious meals. In the bathroom there are a shower and hand basin and a floor heating. The toilet is separate.
3 min. walking distance to public transportation (subway and metro bus from Görlitz station).
The City (Alexanderplatz, Government District, Central Station) can be reached in 15-30 min. A taxi takes 5 minutes to Ostbahnhof station.
In the immediate vicinity there are good shopping and a colorful, diverse selection of restaurants in all price ranges.
With its quiet location, the house is an ideal base for excursions, both directly in the neighborhood, as well as for trips to the sights of the capital. By public transportation (which often also operate at night) it will take only 15 minutes to the centers of (former) East and West Berlin, the districts of Mitte and Charlottenburg, and the surrounding trendy district Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshain and Schöneberg.
