You want to get to know our City from the heart? Our place to live is the perfect address to do so. The street Heckmannufer is placed in the triangle Kreuzberg/Friedrichshain/ Treptow, in between urban surroundings and Kreuzberg nightlife. The appartements are placed
in a quiet environment, directly at the canal in a house from around the 20`s. They are both recentely renovated. In the area you will find lots of places to go like Cafes, Restaurants and some of the best clubs this city has to offer...
What you will find near to you..
Anything from shopping, exhibitions, galleries to exquisit dining is placed in walking distance. The `Schlesische Straße` used to be a One Way Road. On one side it led right to the Wall, now the way to Treptow, the other side used to go along Köpenicker Straße also directely to the Wall, now open to go to Mitte. We remember these times being surrounded by the wall, and are happy to tell you about it....The Schlesische Straße really developped to one of it`s kind.
Many small restaurants, Cafes and Clubs are the basis for the hip, urban picture presenting our city. The nearby `Green` that used to be the Wall, is now the place to recover or just hanging out when the wheather is wicked. E.g. Club der Visionäre or Freischwimmer are locations about 100 metres form your place to stay, for most of the Berliners a lot farther to go...The Badeschiff,an old freight ship rebuilt for the the public to take a swim IN it O n the river SPREE also is in walking distance. It´s open all year, enjoy it!! You like to go on a river cruise?? Take a boat, from club hopping to sight-seeing everything is possible, just talk to us.
