This beautiful, newly furnished 2-bedroom apartment in a central location has room for 4 persons. It is very bright and quiet and is located in the wing of a renovated period building.
In the bedroom there is a double bed (160x200) and in the living room a double sofa bed (140x200 cm). A travel cot for the little ones can be set up if required.
The kitchen is equipped with gas stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and kettle, the bathroom has a bath with shower and a washing machine.
The living room has a TV with DVB-T Receiver, HiFi micro system and free broadband Internet access.
2 new City bicycles can be rent for a nominal fee.
Electricity and gas are purchased from an ecological provider and we use ecological products for cleaning.
Very good transport links, within 10 minutes by public transport you get to both the City West (Kurfürstendamm) and to the City East (Friedrichstr. / Unter den Linden,), 10 minutes by car to the motorway, 15 minutes to the Potsdamer Platz, 5 min to Bergmann district that offers many different shops and numerous cafes and restaurants with international cuisine.
Shopping opportunities in the grocery store right in the house (fruits, vegetables, Mediterranean foods, organic products), a supermarket (open Mon-Sat 06.00 to 24.00 Clock) is only 150m away.
