This really nice 2-room flat is comfortable equipped. The 60 sqm large flat is located in a summer house, on the 3rd floor of an unusually nice old building and very calm. The balcony is close to the kitchen and it is ideal for taking breakfast. Washing machine and dish washer, cable TV exist. After strenous tours you can easily relax in this flat.
The flat is central and calm located. Easy to reach on foot: various shopping facilities, restaurants, cafés as well as bus and train. At Paul-Lincke-Ufer you can spend some time in some cafes. Kreuzberg with its culture, galery and pub scene lies rigth round the corner and is reachable on foot. 7 min by train to Friedrichstr and Alexander Platz. Equipment: Bath with bathtub for two persons. The kitchen has got a dining space as well as dish washer and washing machine. The living room is equipped with a desk and a sleepin couch (140x200 cm).
