Pleasant and sunny holiday apartment with balcony situated on the 2nd floor (with elevator) of a renovated residential building. The apartment with wooden floors is comfortably furnished and suitable for up to 6 people:
1 large living room furnished with 1 sofa bed, coffee table, TV, radio/ CD player/ mp3 player and dining table for 6 people.
2 large bedrooms each furnished with a double bed (160x200 cm), and a wardrobe.
The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator (with freezer compartment), ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, electric water kettle and a small breakfast table.
The bathroom has a bath tub with shower screen, a washbasin, a WC, a hairdryer
Closet with vacuum cleaner.
The fully furnished holiday apartment is located centrally in Mitte-Tiergarten, Government Quarter, Reichstag and Brandenburg Gate can be reached within a few minutes by bus. Various public transport options can be accessed in less than 5 minutes on foot.
You can also take a pleasant walk or a bike ride along the canal to the contemporary art museum "Hamburger Bahnhof", Friedrichstrasse and famous Museum Island.
Rental bikes are available on request (5 Euro per day).
Restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries are nearby. In a few minutes you can reach the Western city centre (Zoological Garden, Kurfürstendamm, renowned department store KaDeWe) and the Eastern city centre (Friedrichstrasse, Unter den Linden, Government District) or Prenzlauer Berg.
The Berlin Trade Fair is only 5 stops by S-Bahn away.
Free public parking is available in front of the building or in the surrounding streets.
