The layout of the apartment is very good. Thanks to the large windows in the rooms it is very light, though even with the windows open you can hear no noise from the street.
In the living / sleeping area there is a sofa bed where more people can sleep.
In a corner booth in the room is a double bed (1,60 m x 1,80 m) and a closet.
In the room and hallway is wood floor and the kitchen and bathroom are tiled.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Coffee maker, espresso machine, kettle and toaster for preparing breakfast are also available.
In the bathroom there is a window where you can get natural light and a hair dryer is also available. The bathroom itself is equipped with a shower.
This apartment is located in the neighborhood of Prenzlauer Berg. Thanks to the excellent transport links the apartment is also an ideal base for day trips in Berlin. The TV tower on Alexanderplatz can be reached in about 10 minutes by public transport. The apartment itself is located around the corner from Wall Park with its many cafes and shops that invite you to stay and relax. The cultural and leisure offer in the area is very comprehensive and also easily reached on foot within 5-10 minutes (for example culture brewery, Kollwitz Platz, Wall Park, Max-Schmeling-Halle). A few minutes ahead is the Memorial of the Berlin Wall. Every Sunday there is a huge flea market in the Wall Park. Lots of shops for your daily needs and organic shops can be found in the Kastanienallee and the surrounding areas.
