The tastefully equipped apartment consists of a living room / dining room, two seperate bedrooms, a bathroom, hall with wardrobe and mirror. The apartment is furnished with modern brand furniture and parquet.
The big living room / dining room (27 sqm) compromises a completely furnished kitchen, a table with chairs, a cozy bedsofa (160x200 cm), a wall unit and a big flatscreen TV.
In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher, modern electric stove, refrigerator with freezing unit, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and a radio.
Coffee, tea, spices, filter papers etc. are in the kitchen.
The first bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a big wardrobe, mirror and two bed-side tables.
The second bedrooms is similarly furnished only with a double bed.
In all beds are high-quality mattresses.
The bathroom is furnished with an ironing board, flatiron, vaccuum cleaner and a washing machine.
The comfortable apartment is about 30 meters over the roofs of Berlin, directly between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt - ideal for daytrips, shopping and sightseeing. From this apartment in the historic center of Berlin you can walk to all important sights like the museums' island, the Berlin Cathedral, TV tower, synagogue, historic Nikolai quarter, Unter den Linden and Gendarmenmarkt.
First-class shopping opportunities like Galeria Kaufhof in Friedrichstrasse the recently opened shopping mall Alexa and the scenic quarter around Hackescher Markt invite you to go shopping.
The numerous restaurants, cafés, bars and galleries also attract many people and offer almost 24/7 great food and entertainment.

  Sehr schöne - gut gelegene Wohnung. Leider waren etliche Glühbirnen Lampen defekt.
