The appartment is situated directly at the border of Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg, and is therefore very central. The appartment is perfect for guests, who like to explore the infamous area, or live a few months in an intriguing spot in Berlin.(look at discount) At the Kastanienallee or nearby are many clubs, cafés, restaurants, art galleries, and creative new shops.
The Mauerpark is a footwalk of 5 minutes away. Here concerts and events often take place, and on sunday there is a flea and an art market. Or you can just go there and have barbecue like the other visitors. The Weinbergpark is also nearby, where you can relax or take a sunbath.
Other nearby points of interest are: Rosenthaler Platz, Zionskirchplatz, Kollwitzplatz, Arkonaplatz.
If you like to explore the rest of Berlin, you can take the street railway M1, which is right across the street, or the nearby underground station Eberswalder Strasse. You can reach Hackescher Markt within two stations by the street railway, or Alexanderplatz within three stations by the underground.

The appartment lies in the rear building ground floor and is therefore very quiet. The living room has a couch, a LCD-TV plus DVD-player, and a table with four chairs. The sleeping room has a double bed, and a bedstand. W-Lan, Phone (inside germany) bedcloth, towels are provided and free. You can also use the printer in the appartment with your laptop. The kitchen is furnished with a backery oven, a fridge,an espresso machine, a toaster, and the usual kitchenware. In the bathroom you will find a washing maschine.
The apartment is suitable for children.
As an extraordinary bonus the apartment contains a complete gym (free weights, multi gym, punching bag, spinning bike) in the attached cellar, which is already included in the price.
