The one room apartment is located in a 1998 built house. It is in the Dircksenstrasse, not far of the popular Alte Schoenhaeuser Allee. The apartment is shaped nicely and in a great condition. In particular, it is beautiful furnished. Worth to mention is the glass surrounded living / bed room. This means, the apartment is very bright and friendly. The balcony (approx. 6 sqm) invites you to enjoy your breakfast on it. It shows toward the courtyard, which means the apartment is very quiet and relaxing. In the courtyard you will find a playground suitable for young children, this you can view from your balcony.
