Relax on the leafy garden terrace (50 sqm), stay in our quiet, modern and tastefully decorated apartment (70 sqm) between the districts of Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg.
The master bedroom sleeps 4 (2 single beds and a flexible 2-person sofa bed) with no street noise. The cozy living room has a LCD flat screen TV, a sofa bed and 2 comfortable reclining sleeper chairs. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area with an extendibal dining room table to fit 6-8 people. A partition wall separates the living area from the fully-equipped kitchen; refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, coffemaker, tea kettle and a toaster.
The bathroom is completly tiled with a bathtub and shower. Hair dryer, washing machine and iron are also available to guests.
The apartment has central heating and there is internet throughout the apartment via Wi-Fi reception.
The Kastanienallee is a cultural hot spot, bustling with restaurantes serving international cuisine, boutiques and vintage stores. A bakery is directly next door and the nearest supermarket (350 m) is open till midnight. There is a convenience store open late as well as on Sundays. A great big playground is just around the corner, right in the “Weinbergspark”.
The (M1) tram stops directly in front of the house (station: "Zionskirchplatz”) and goes via "Friedrichstraße" in the city center all the way to the “Museumsinsel” (“Am Kupfergraben” station).
The “Kulturbrauerei", the "Pfefferberg" and the "Prater Biergarten" are one of many cultural venues nearby in the Prenzlauer Berg area. The famous "Mauerpark" with the flea market and the wall memorial are also within 5 to 15 min walk from the house. The U2 and the U8 underground line are both within 800 metres away, just two stops away from Alexanderplatz. The "Hackscher Markt" with its many galeries and restaurants is approximately 1,5 km away and is two stops with the M1 tram in the direction to “Am Kupfergraben”.
