The apartment is located in Berlin-Kreuzberg. A central district that can be called the melting pot of Berlin – with a lively art and street scene, a colourful mix of inhabitants and beautiful residential areas with houses from the late 19th century. The area around Fichtestraße is known for its culinary highlights from all parts of the world, including a Michelin-Star-Restaurant. Small shops and cafés line the short walk up to the Landwehr-Canal, which is lovely for a stroll or a rest under the willow trees by the water. A 15 minutes underground- or busride will take you to the more touristy parts of town – Potsdamer Platz, Brandenburg Gate, Hackescher Markt and also the Central Station. The trip to Airport Schönefeld takes around 45 minutes.
