Details: This holiday apartment is equipped with 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. It is located on 4th floor of a 5-store-building that has been newly constructed in 2001, located perfectly central at “Hackescher Markt”. All bedrooms the rooms are orientated to the court yard.
Guests arriving by car can rent a parking slot in the garage located below the building.
The bright apartment has a favourable layout and is equipped individually. All rooms are furnished with high-quality parquet, painted with warm and friendly colours, and equipped with paintings. Cable-TV, telephone extension and internet connection (W-LAN) are naturally available. Use of washing machine is possible. The large-scale living room is equipped with sofas, dining table/chairs and cable-TV as well as a hifi-system.
Two single beds can be added if required.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove (oven/extraction hood), fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Further on coffee machine, tea-urn, cutlery, dishes and cooking utensils are available.
The bathroom has a large washstand available as well as a bathtub with shower, and a toilet.
Smoking is permitted.
Alexanderplatz and Friedrichstraße, Unter den Linden and the Brandenburg Gate are all within walking range. All other Berlin attractions can be easily reached by using the extensive urban transportation network of the S- and U-Bahn. You’ll find the S-Bahn station “Hackescher Markt” located directly opposite the apartment.
