Newly renovated apartment with fully equiped kitchen, bathroom, double bed and double sleeping sofa in Berlin Kreuzberg for up to 4 people close Maybachufer/Landwehrkanal. The subway station Schönleinstrasse (U8) within 5 min. walking distance. Alexanderplatz and Potzdamerplatz are a 10 minutes underground train ride away. Nearby there are many small pubs and clubs, for your breakfast there is a baker in the building. Within 2 min. walk you reach the weekly Turkish market (Thuesday & Friday) TV, DVD player, fully equipped kitchen, towels and bed linen incl.
The Landwehrkanal is 100m from the apartment and is used by the Kreuzbergers as a "recreation area", people sit on the shore and having conversations with a beer or playing bowls at the Paul-Linke Ufer. Many restaurants invite you to relax in the outdoor area, and in the evening you go to one of the numerous small bars or clubs. Shopping time is Tuesdays or Fridays at the legendary Turkish market on Maybachufer, the Landwehrkanal becomes the Bosporus.
