Nice flat with completely equipped kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The apartment is on the first floor of a reconstructed Berlin rent house. In spite of the central location it is very quiet because it is in the rearbuilding in the green inner courtyard.
Both rooms have wood floors and the whole flat is new renovated. In one room is a double room 1,80 x 2,00 m and a comfortable bed 1,20 m wide. In the other room are two single beds. The flat is comfortable equipped and invites you to relax after taking a stroll.
Nearby S- Bahn (Schöneberg), subway and bus. In few minutes you get to all sights of the city. In the house is our restaurant where you can book a breakfast for 3€ per person. There are 2 other holiday flats in the house. Each suits up to 4 persons. All in all 14 persons can stay overnight in the same house.
