After completion of the apartments in the Holsteinische Strasse 23 we now have finished another exclusive apartment only 200 meters from there. This apartment was reconstructed, modernized, and furnished with completely new furniture in May 2010. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (lift) of an apartment building and consists of two rooms, a fitted kitchen, a bathroom and a hallway.
The living room with West facing French balcony is furnished with a large sofa bed (mattress 160x200 cm), a cozy sitting area and a dining table: everything very tasteful and ideal for a wonderful stay in Berlin for up to 4 persons. In this room there is also a large LCD TV and a DVD player.
The bedroom is furnished with a spacious double bed (180x200 cm) and a big desk.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a semi-circular shower, a hanging toilet and a beautiful wash basin. There are various storage facilities available.
There is als a comfortable fit-in kitchen with oven (hot air, grill and microwave), a glass ceramic cooktop, a fridge/ freezer and a dishwasher. Of course, plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses, etc., and a coffee maker, a kettle and toaster are provided.
Internet access is available via two DSL access points (living room and bedroom) and free of charge.
The apartment in Landhausstrasse offers all the benefits of a sophisticated urban living area in one of the most attractive residential areas in central Berlin, central but very quiet in a lush green street near Nikolsburger Platz square and the popular 'Güntzel neighborhood' with all the shops for your daily needs as well as nice snack bars, coffee shops and restaurants. Nearby you will find the best squares in the City West such as Ludwigkirchplatz, Fasanenplatz and Prager Platz square with fine restaurants, and, of course, cozy pubs. Everything is within easy reach. Within walking distance from Kurfürstendamm, the zoo, the KaDeWe, various cafés, shops and cultural facilities. It can't be better! Not least the very convenient location has to be mentioned. The connection to public transport is excellent. The highway, the main station and the Berlin airports are within easy reach. In the street plenty of parking (subject to a charge) is available. If necessary, you can rent a private parking space in a closed court for 5.00 € a day.
