Setting and furnishing:
The apartment is tastefully furnished in an architectural manner and fully equipped. Two people can sleep in the comfortable double-bed (1,80 x 2,00 m), there's a fold-out bed (1,20 x 2,00 m) for a third person. There's a mini stereo system with a CD-player aswell as a TV. The entire apartment has been affectionately renovated to a high standard. The marble-tiled bathroom is fitted with a shower. Even with opened windows the flat is very peaceful and quiet. Make your own breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, gas stove, washing machine, crockery, coffee machine) or visit one of the many cafés nearby.

The apartment lies in the heart of Berlin's most popular and trendy districts - Prenzlauer Berg - where since the fall of the Berlin Wall a lively art and music scene has developed itself. Accordingly, you'll have countless culural options here: Galleries, art cafés, theatres, cinemas, bars, clubs, boutiques and restaurants can all be reached on foot. The "Kollwitzplatz", the "Prater" beergarden, the "Mauerpark", "Kulturbrauerei"and the centre of languages are just a few walking minutes away. The nearest tram station is one minute away - from here it's just another couple of minutes to "Oranienburger Straße", "Hackescher Markt", "Friedrichstraße" or the next S-Bahn (suburban train) and subway stations. Major tourist attractions like the "Alexanderplatz", "Museumsinsel", "Nikolaiviertel", "Unter den Linden", Brandenburg Gate, "Potsdamer Platz" are all not far away either. The public parking spaces in the vicinity are free of charge. It's also possible for you to rent bicylces - just ask the landlord/host.
