The apartment is located on the top floor in a modern building with elevator, in the historical Scheunenviertel in Berlin-Mitte. The flat, 63m2, consists of one big living room and a cosy bedroom. The two are seperated by a roomy kitchen with dining table. The living room has a ample vitreous corner that guarentees brightness and sun during daytime as well as a nice view on the busy Torstrasse.

The apartment is optimally equipped: stove, oven, microwave, refridgerator, icebox, dishwasher, washing machine, percolator and kettle provide all comfort you need. Make yourself comfortable in the huge sofa that can be converted into a sofa-bed. Two HD flatscreen TVs with cable-TV (one in the living room, one in the bedroom), DVD-player, CD-player/radio and internet access add even more comfort. The flat is universally planked with laminate. It is a non-smoking flat and suitable for allergy sufferers. Pets are not allowed.

The bedroom has a French double bed (160cm) and a commodious cupboard including a huge mirror. The bath consists of a tub, a toilet and a lavatory. Towels and sheets are available. As mentioned a sofa-bed is available for two further guests.

The apartment is just a few steps away from the popular Torstrasse, conjoining Rosenthaler Platz with Friedrichstrasse. The historical swimming bath Stadtbad Mitte invites to extensive swimming in its 50m pool around the corner.

Take the subway at “Oranienburger Straße” (S-Bahn) or at “Rosenthaler Platz” (U-Bahn), both stops are only 3 to 4 minutes within walking distance, and in a few more minutes you will arrive at Potsdamer Platz or at Alexanderplatz. The bus no. 240 stops virtually in front of the building and drops you directly by the main-station in 7 minutes.

By cab, Berlin’s main airport Tegel is only 12 minutes away.
