The apartment is located in a modern building with elevator on the edge
of the historical Scheunenviertel in Berlin-Mitte. The flat,
approximately 50m2, consists of two rooms. It has a roof terrace and a
winter garden in 30m2 size. The apartment is remarkably sunny, bright
and quiet. The living room with kitchenette is situated on the flat’s
bright courtyard-side with a view on Berlin’s roofs. A modern fitted
kitchen equipped with refrigerator, stove and oven provides all comfort
you need. Make yourself comfortable in the huge leather sofas with a
couch-table. The apartment is universally fitted with carpet. It is a
non-smoking flat and pets are not allowed.
The bedroom has a French double bed and a commodious cupboard. As
agreed, we can provide baby bed and trolley for the tiny midgets. The
bedroom is also located on the building’s courtyard-side and can
totally be darkened. The bath consists of a tub, a toilet and a
lavatory. Towels and sheets are available. There is also a washing
machine, if you want to wash your towels or clothes.
A sofa-bed is available for two further guests.
The apartment is equipped with cable-TV and CD-player/radio. WLAN-internet is at your disposal.
The historical swimming bath Stadtbad Mitte invites to extensive swimming in its 50m pool around the corner.
Take the subway at “Oranienburger Straße” (S-Bahn) or at “Rosenthaler
Platz” (U-Bahn), both stops are only 3 minutes within walking distance,
and in a few more minutes you will arrive at Potsdamer Platz or at
Alexanderplatz. The bus no. 240 stops right in front of our building
and drops you directly by the main-station in 7 minutes.
By cab, Berlin’s main airport Tegel is only 12 minutes away.
