The guest room has a double bed (160 x 200 cm) offering a quite bedroom facing a lovely courtyard covered with ivy. Fully furnished with quaint English wardrobe, full-length antique mirror and nightstands.
The bath is also fully-equipped with shower, tub, towels, linens etc.. A washing machine is also available.
The living room features a TV and stereo system, including a selection of music CDs. A modest desk and sitting area is also available.

Description: The apartment building is located in the heart of Berlin’s City-West, in the attractive Charlottenburg neighborhood which is accessible to the variety of the city’s cultural offerings and nightlife yet nevertheless remains quiet and relaxing. In the immediate area there are several pubs and restaurants at the fashionable Stuttgarter Platz, including various inviting spots for breakfast. One of Berlin’s largest pedestrian areas and shopping zones (Wilmersdorfer Straße) is a short walk away and the street adjacent to the apartment‘s address (Suarezstraße) is a center for outstanding antique shops. A particular highlight is the opportunity for a relaxing stroll through the nearby Lietzensee Park or the Charlottenburg castle park. Time of arrival: 12:00-8:00 p.m. Time of departure: until 10:00 a.m. Late Arrivals Late arrivers after 9:00 p.m. are charged an additional 25€. After 11:00 p.m. there is a charge of 40€.
