The beautiful, new, bright apartment lies in ideal location directly at the Kurfuerstendamm, the most famous boulevard of Berlin (still it's very quiet to sleep).

Furniture:

Very comfortable and cosy atmosphere thanks to beautiful curtains, pictures etc. As you can see, the apartment will surely become a temporary "home" for you in Berlin.

Complete kitchen:

Dish washer, fridge with freezer box, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, water kettle, teapot, scissors, etc.

Location:

Very central location in the western center of Berlin. Several buslines nearby, S-Bahn train very close, cafe and bakery just opposite the street, a cafe where you can also have breakfast next-door. Numerous restaurants, cafes, big super market, bakeries, post office, pharmacy etc. just around the corner.

Both the theaters on Kurfuerstendamm are in walking distance, fair ground is also very close. A direct bus (line 109) to Tegel airport, direct bus connection to Brandenburg Gate and Museumsinsel.

Own parking space for EUR 5.00 per day (alternatively space in basement garage), free parking possible on the street, second bathroom can be rent for EUR 8.00 per day. In the same house you will also find apartments number 373, 374 and 1971.

For us the most important is not "stay cheap" but a comfortable stay for our guests!
